How credits will work
- One credit covers one usable scan result. A technically completed scan alone does not prove measurement quality. A new capture for a new result is a separate scan.
- Reopening a result, measuring it again, correcting measurement points and creating a standard report do not use another credit. System-caused processing failures use no credit; system retries do not charge the same result again.
- Monthly credits do not roll over. Cancellation keeps access until the end of the paid period. If a payment is refunded, its unused credits are removed; credits already used stay used. The free trial never becomes a paid subscription automatically.
- Administrator gifts are separate from purchased and monthly credits; they do not require a paid subscription.
- Storage and result-retention terms will be confirmed before paid access opens. Unlimited storage is not included.
- Measurements support a preliminary quote. Verify final dimensions before ordering materials or starting the job.
